Regular Sports massage helps to maintain soft tissue by addressing imbalances before they begin to cause a problem. This is great for those who often get aches or pains from being active at the gym, have a repetitive job or for those busy parent/carer that don't stop! 45 mins is ideal for those wanting to treat 1 large area and 1 small.

Cancellation Policy

booking and cancellation policy Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. ​Our Policy: Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. ​ Late arrival policy: If you are late for your allocated appointment, this will result in a shorter treatment time. This is to ensure the smooth running of all bookings for all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your treatment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a 100% payment upfront to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, including issues relating to covid-19 you may be able to reschedule your appointment for free, at the discretion of management.
